Amendments include the reduction of Initial Licensure and Limited Permit fees and the addition of a Compact Privilege fee.
Title 13 Series 5 Competency Standards for Advanced Practice by Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants
Amendment includes the addition of a section to document the requirements for OT's and OTA's to utilize treatment techniques which require education and training beyond entry-level skills.
Title 13 Series 9 Telehealth Practice; Requirements; Definitions
Amended to expand the definition of OT and OTA to include persons holding a compact privilege to practice occupational therapy in WV for the purpose of practicing telehealth in WV.
