The Public Comment Period for proposed modifications to Title 13 Series 1 Administrative Rules of the Board of Occupational Therapy and Licensure of Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants, will be open from June 11 through July 12, 2026. Comments may be emailed to wvbot@wv.gov.
Proposed changes include:
- Updating the application process to reflect the current electronic process
- Removal of temporary license process no longer necessary with electronic application process
- Adding recognition of the digital license card
- Adding the Supervisory Statement as the form used to document the supervisory relationship
- Other miscellaneous administrative updates
